After the telephone consultation, if the need to move furniture is not much, then the small transport (about 1 ~ 2 cars), can be quoted by telephone, generally oral agreement (also can sign a written agreement).
3. Home valuation:
If companies, schools, large organizations, the large number of items to be moved, belong to large transport, our company is equipped with the salesman, provide free door-to-door valuation, and make proposal for relocation, explanation, and matters needing attention. The relocation contract can be signed immediately after on-site evaluation.
Four. On time:
According to the quantity of furniture, the suitable vehicles and the porters shall be assigned to the customer, and the car will arrive on time according to the time appointed by the customer.
Five. Satisfactory payment:
After handling, check whether the items are lost or damaged. Please pay when the customer is satisfied.
Six. Customer complaint:
During the process of handling, the damage and loss of the goods will be unavoidable. The customer can contact us in time. Our company will appoint personnel to negotiate with the customer.
Seven. End of service:
The customer and our company successfully completed the transportation, thank the customer for our support of the work.
