一．电话咨询： 专人接待客户电话咨询，初步了解客户搬家日期、搬家路线、是否需要提供紙箱，及是否有贵重物品，如钢琴、保险柜等。 二．电话报价： 经电话咨询后，若需搬迁家俱不多，则属于小型搬家﹝约1~2车﹞，可利用电话报价。签定口头协议。 三．免費上门估价： 若为公司、厂矿、大型机关团体，需搬迁的家俱物品数量较多，则属于大型搬家，我公司则备有业务员，免費上门估价，并提供搬迁建议、解说及注意事项。 四．签定搬迁合同： 现场评估后可马上签定搬迁合同。 五．提供纸箱(除免费赠送外按成本价提供) 搬家前，如客户需要提供紙箱、胶带等包裝材料，均按成本价提供。 六．准时派车： 按家俱物品数量，分派合适的车辆及搬运工人，再按客户所指定的吉日吉时，人车准时到达。 七．定位服务： 按客户家俱物品分类，顺序上车；抵达新居后，再按客户指定位置，定位码放。 八．满意才付費: 搬迁完毕后，检查物品有无丢失及损坏现象，要让客户满意才付費。 九．损坏理赔： 搬迁过程中，如有不慎而导致家俱或任何物品损坏，我公司有专人负责接洽理赔事宜。A.
